This website has been created as a community resource for the residents of Glebe Court in Highfield, Southampton.

It offers news, advice, photographs and other useful and interesting information for residents.

The site also provides an easy method of contact with the Glebe Court Estate (Southampton) Owners Association. The Association is a Limited Company managed by a group of Directors appointed by the residents of the court. The Directors all live in Glebe Court and meet regularly to ensure maintenance, events and planning matters are responsibly managed for the benefit of all residents.


Residents and prospective purchasers will find our WELCOME PACK useful. It offers general guidance and information about Glebe Court, along with information regarding restrictions on the properties under the terms of the shared lease and conservation status.

About Glebe Court


Glebe Court is a late 1920s development of 32 homes in Highfield, Southampton. It was designed and built by the renowned garden city architect, Herbert Collins and now forms part of the Uplands Conservation Area.

The homes within Glebe Court were designed in the Georgian cottage style with a central mansion building accommodating 6 of the apartments within the Court.

Glebe Court is known by locals for its communal green and picturesque properties. The homes in Glebe Court enjoy vistas of the green and it is used regularly for residents events.

Glebe Court is delighted to offer continued support for the Glebe Copse Trust. The Glebe Copse runs directly behind Glebe Court and offers a valuable habitat for local wildlife. The Copse was designated as a nature reserve at the start of the 20th century and today is protected both by its Trustees and by legislation.
